Greggs Growth Strategy
Developed a growth strategy for Greggs responding to health-conscious consumer trends, HFSS advertising restrictions and operational feasibility.

Greggs faces pressure from health-conscious consumers and UK HFSS advertising restrictions while needing to preserve its affordable, convenient brand positioning.
My role
Developed strategic analysis and recommendation as part of a UCL strategy project.
